Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Pie Curst
1 1/4 cup crushed gram crackers
1/4 cup melted oleo

Filling
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla or lemon juice

Topping
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice


Directions:

Pie crust
Mix together 1 1/4 cup gram crackers and 1/4 cup melted oleo - Pat into 9 inch pie plate

Filling
Use mixer to mix 16 oz. cream cheese, sugar
Add 3 eggs once at a time and mix
Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla or lemon juice and mix
Pour into pie shell, bake at 370 degrees for 20 min. or until set

Topping
Mix with mixer 1 pint sour cream, ½ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Spread on top of cooled pie
Bake 475 degrees for 5 to 10 min. (don’t let it get too brown)
