Crab Fettuccini


 


Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter
1 c. half-and-half
8-oz. Can imitation crabmeat
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 c. peas (we do not add this)
8-oz. Pkg. Fettuccini, cooked (it is better with Vermicelli noodles)

Directions:
Sauté garlic in butter until golden; add half-and-half, crabmeat and pepper. Sauté 3 minutes more; stir occasionally. Mix in Parmesan cheese; heat until melted. Add peas; heat through. Remove from heat; toss with fettuccini.
