Cream Puffs |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
1-cup water
1-cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
Filling:
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 small box instant lemon pudding
2/3 of an 8 oz container of whipped topping
Directions:
Melt margarine in pan. Add water and bring to boil. Remove from
heat. Add flour all at once; stir vigorously until mixture forms a
ball. Cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each till
smooth.
Drop by heaping tablespoons mounds facing up, smaller if you want
little cream puffs, 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees till golden brown and puffy, about 30 to 40
minutes.
Cool
Prepare pudding according to directions. Mix pudding together with
whipped topping. Fill cooled cream puffs.
