Fudge Sundae Pie

Ingredients:
1 qt - vanilla ice cream
1 cup - PET evaporated milk
1 cup - chocolate chips
1 cup - Miniature Marshmallows (or 11 large)
1 box - vanilla wafers

Directions:
Combine 1 c PET evaporated milk
1 c chocolate chips
1 c Miniature Marshmallows (or 11 large)

Melt & Thicken ( cool to room temperature)

Line bottom & sides of 9 “ pie pan with vanilla wafers
Spoon 1/2 of 1 qt vanilla ice cream over wafers
Cover with 1/2 chocolate mixture
Repeat ice cream & chocolate mixture

Freeze 3-8 hours


Notes:

If you use a 9x13” cake pan use 1/2 gal ice cream
