Pasta Salad
Feta and Vegetable Rotini


 


Ingredients:
3 cups tricolor rotini pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
1 cup Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup chopped unpeeled cucumber
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup finely shopped red onion

Directions:
TOSS all ingredients in large bowl

Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors

Makes 8 servings, about 1 cup each.
